LEGAL BASIS

1. Raffle Mechanics:
   • For every S/. 50.00 of purchase in Celima - Trebol products in any of the stores of the Traditional Channel of authorized Distributors CELIMA TREBOL and stores of the Associated Channel Hipermercado Cerámico, both at national level, the customer will be able to participate in the draw "Win one of ten Smart TVs 70" with Celima Trebol".
   • In order to participate, the customer must register their complete personal data in the coupon that will be given to them by the store in accordance with their purchase. The required data are: full name, ID number, telephone number, and mandatory and optional, email address.
   • There will be TEN winners and each one will win a SMART TV 70''.  
2. Raffle Rules:
   • All purchases made from Wednesday, October 20, 2021 until Thursday, December 09, 2021 at noon will be eligible.
   • Participation in this promotion implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
   • The drawing will be held on Friday, December 17, 2021 at 3:00 pm at the Celima Trebol offices located at Alfredo Mendiola 1465 SMP.
   • The people in charge of the drawing will contact the winner by telephone and/or by the mail registered on the coupon within 48 hours after the drawing. In this communication, a date will be agreed upon for the winner to pick up one of the ten 70" TV sets at our Celima - Trebol Plant located at Avenue Alfredo Mendiola 1465, district of San Martin de Porres, Lima.
   • Three (03) alternate winners will be chosen at the end of the drawing so that in case any of the two initial winners do not meet the conditions stipulated, a new winner will be named. This according to the order in which these three additional coupons were drawn and in the presence of a notary.
   • The prize will not be awarded if, on the day of pick-up, the winner does not present the proof of payment, or a legalized copy thereof, with which the purchase was made.
   • The prize is effective from the day of the drawing (December 17, 2021) and the winner has up to 2 months (February 17, 2022) to coordinate the pick up of the prize, after this time, the winner will lose his quality of winner and therefore, will not be able to receive the prize.
   • In the event that no winner or alternate winner can be contacted, or if they do not claim their prize within the stipulated time, the prize will remain at the disposal of Cerámica Lima S.A.
   • The proof of having been the winner of the raffle must be picked up from our offices at the Celima - Trebol Plant located at Avenue Alfredo Mendiola 1465, district of San Martin de Porres, Lima.
   • It does not include transportation to Lima for the winners, in case the winner is located in any province.
   • Celima reserves the right to disqualify participants who do not comply with the legal bases and especially any participation that goes against them.
3. The prize consists of:
   • PRIZE DETAILS:
     • PHILIPS SMART TV 70" 70PUD6774 TELEVISION.
   • IMPORTANT NOTES OF THE PRIZE::
     • To make the pick-up, the winner must present original and copy of his/her ID and/or identity document.
     • You must present the receipt of payment, or legalized copy of it, with which the purchase was made.
4. Restrictions:
   • A minimum purchase of S/. 50 in the Celima and/or Trebol brand must be made to participate in the raffle: "Win one of 10 Smart TVs with CELIMA TREBOL".
   • If the contestant does not register all his/her data in the payment receipt at the time of canceling the purchase in the store, he/she will not be able to participate in the raffle.
   • Only natural persons with a sales receipt will participate.
   • Validity: All purchases made from Wednesday, October 17, 2021 through Thursday, December 09, 2021 at noon.
   • The winner of the raffle will not have the right to request the exchange of the prize obtained for money or exchange it for other items that do not correspond to the prize offered.
   • The winner must come to our Celima - Trebol Plant located at Avenue Alfredo Mendiola 1465, district of San Martin de Porres, Lima on the day and time previously coordinated with the administrator.
   • It does not include transportation to Lima for the winners, in case the winner is located in any province.
   • We will communicate with the winner via email or telephone with the data entered on the receipt.
   • The winner must sign the documents of receipt of the prize and pick it up at our offices in the Celima - Trebol Plant located at Av. Alfredo Mendiola 1465, district of San Martin de Porres, Lima.
   • The prize is non-transferable.
