In 2018, Ceramica Lima started the production of white body porcelain tiles, becoming the first and only company in Peru to manufacture this product, as well as the first and only exporter of Peruvian porcelain tiles to the United States.
White body porcelain tile is a highly specialized product characterized by its hardness and high resistance. It is the result of the constant modernization of all its production plants with advanced technology, an arduous research and development process, as well as the use of locally sourced raw materials that allow us to achieve a tile with technical qualities, complying with the most rigorous international standards: ISO 13006 and ANSI A137.1.
For this reason, in 2020, in the midst of times of crisis, Celima inaugurated its new cutting and grinding line for porcelain tile, reaffirming its commitment to Peru and its future generations.
